Popcorn House Information and Policies 

1. We are not a hostel, there is no curfew. Guests are able to enter/exit our building 24 hours. 

2. Safe environment, 24 hours CCTV coverage, digital locks. 

3. Families with kids are most welcomed. Child under 7 years old stay free on existing bed. 

4. Kindly note we do not have extra bed facilities. Do book accordingly to the room occupancy. 

5. Smoking is only allowed in the room balcony only or smoking area in lobby. Please do not smoke in room or corridors for the safety of all occupants in the building. 

6. Daily reception hours are from 10:30am to 20:30pm. Check in after reception hours are possible, please contact us in advance. 

7. As we do not have staff manning 24 hours, valid contact number is required from our guests in case of emergency. 

8. Free Baggage storage is available before check in and after check out. We shall not responsible for any losses, please keep valuables with you at all times.

10. 10 hours on-site support, 24 hours online support ( we are contactable 24 hours on phone, wechat, Whatsapp, Line, Kakaotalk, Viber) We speak English, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean 

11. Coin operated washing machine & dryer for our guests use. We provide washing powder/detergent. 

12. Fridge and microwave ocean in the lobby is also for communal use. 

13. Daily housekeeping is available, please hang up the ''make up room'' sign on door if guests would like their rooms cleaned. 

14. Breakfast is not available on-site but there are many street stalls selling Thai breakfast daily just 100 meters away. It is not difficult to get a cheap, full and delicious breakfast here. 

15. For the comfort of all occupants in the building, kindly lower down volume after 10 p.m.
